Wind Connections is an officially licensed Au Pair agency with a professional approach to place the best candidate in each family.
We really try to find the right match so the Au Pair and the family can develop an optimal work relationship. That is why interviews in Canada, Australia, Switzerland. Philippines, Ukraine, South Africa and Poland are obligatory. It is a free service for Au Pairs. Families pay the agency fee.
